I wonder how we can communicate with other microbloggers, like using the @reply trick from Twitter.
What if we use @myblog/wordpress or @myblog.wordpress.com?
But then at what post to reply to?
Hmm, maybe a meta tag with the url of the post, like: [reply=yourname url=yourblog.blogger.com/yourpost] which will be transformed into just @yourname hyperlinked?
Then the source blogging engine sends a comment to the target blogging engine and presto!
WordPress, Disqus and other commenting systems will follow our comments if we identify properly, auto creating a post in our blog (if we so decide with a checkmark) for every comment we leave, anywhere, and autoupdating responses from other blogs in our own blog.
There is so much to do…
